AI screening, without the worry
The honest answers to what recruiters actually ask before adopting AI — what it does, what it won't, and how your team stays in control.
AI and your team
Does VoxAide replace my recruiters?
No. It replaces the first-round phone screen — the part that's impossible to do consistently at volume — and hands your team a scored shortlist, so they spend their time interviewing and building relationships instead of dialling and re-asking the same questions.
Does the AI decide who gets hired?
No. VoxAide scores each candidate on their answers and gives a recommendation; a person makes every advance or reject decision. Anything borderline is routed to a human — never auto-rejected.
Is this just a transcription bot?
No. It holds a real two-way conversation — it asks your questions, follows up on the answers, and turns the call into a weighted score, a summary, and a clear recommendation you can check against the transcript.
Fairness and compliance
How do you keep it fair and unbiased?
Every candidate gets the same structured questions and is graded on what they say against the role — never voice, accent, tone, or background. Every call is recorded and scored the same way, and decisions are logged for adverse-impact (four-fifths) review — built for NYC Local Law 144 / EEOC-style audits.
Does it analyse voice tone or facial expressions?
No. There's no video, no facial analysis, and no emotion or tone scoring. It's a phone conversation, scored on the words.
Candidates
What's the candidate experience like?
Before the call begins, every candidate is told they're speaking with an AI interviewer and that it's recorded and reviewed by a person. Consent is asked for and recorded. They answer on their own time — not just 9-to-5 — and get the same fair questions as everyone else.
What if a candidate doesn't want to be recorded?
If they decline, the call ends and it's flagged for your team to reach out the usual way. No one is screened without consent.
Your data
Where does our data live and who can see it?
Your data is tenant-isolated and encrypted, with role-based access and an audit log behind recordings and transcripts. You set the retention window, can place a legal hold, and export any time.
Is candidate data used to train AI models?
Never. Conversations are not used to train models, and transcripts are sent for scoring identity-blind.
