VoxAide connector for Power Platform

The VoxAide connector lets you place AI voice calls to your contacts from Power Automate, Power Apps and Logic Apps, and read each call's outcome. Common questions:

How do I get an API key?
Sign in to VoxAide, go to Settings → Integrations → API keys, and choose Generate key. Copy the key (it begins with vox_live_) — it's shown once. Paste it into the API Key field when you create the VoxAide connection in Power Automate. You can revoke a key any time from the same screen.
What format do phone numbers need?
E.164 — the international format with a leading plus and country code, for example +14155550123.
Why is the call still pending right after I place it?
Calls are placed asynchronously. Place a call returns immediately with a call ID and a pending status; poll Get a call (or List calls with since) until the status is completed, failed or declined, then use the returned summary and outcome.
How is calling billed?
A call draws on your VoxAide plan allowance or pay-as-you-go balance and is billed when it is placed, not when it completes. You can cap usage per API key in Settings.
I get a “module not enabled” error.
Placing calls requires the calling capability on your VoxAide organisation. Contact us to enable it for your account.
